An organization is concerned with performance leading to achievement. The organization's requirements of employees and of management in this regard were identified by developing a structural hierarchy. The 7 Groupings of this hierarchy were viewed as a holistic hierarchy and the distinctive perspectives of management and employees were identified as shown below.

These diagrams shows the internal dualities (i.e. L1-4 v L5-7) . The inter-level links differentiate further, except for the first one (CG1-CG2), which is a Channel.

Applying The Employment Tension
The tension in each case is a dynamic duality in the relationship with employment. This leads to three of the Levels having two polar opposite Centres. The duality fuses in the other four Levels/Centres.
